Hai Lang Hao and the ‘Xiang Sui’ (香随) brand cakes and bricks have established them selves as a quality producer over the last few years, creating many interesting Ripe and Raw Puerh cakes.
The taste is clean, deep, rich and creamy. If carefull attention is paid to your brewing style you may notice a signiture long sweetness to the front and back palette that we only find with this Ripe. This cake cake is an absolute bargain considering the aged material that comprises it! Pressed in 2010 using leaves of different vintage and leaf grade. A blend of 2003, 2008 & 2009 Menghai area material was used. Fermentation was medium to low meaning this cake will carry on aging well into the future with more intereting characteristics expected!
