Mr. Chang has crafted the very popular Jin Xuan varietal in the High Mountains of LuShan, Taiwan at an elevation over 1500 meters high. Sometimes known as “Milk Oolong”, the Jin Xuan varietal has grown in popularity since it’s introduction in the 1980’s. It is known that some companies add flavoring to enhance the milk taste but the very best High Mountain Jin Xuan gets it’s subtle creamy and popcorn notes by the craftsmanship of the farmer.
