The Alishan Oolong is a superior high mountain oolong tea from Formosa (Taiwan). Lightly oxidized, it has a wonderfully creamy texture and rich floral taste with a delicate sweetness. This tea is grown on the Ali Mountain at the elevation of 1000 meters. The mountainsides are covered with fog or clouds, which are ideal for growing Oolong.
