The Zhang Ping Shui Xian is a Wulong from Zhang Ping Shan in the south of Fujian Province. This over charcoal roasted tea is pressed into small approximately nine to ten grams majority cake and sealed in small kraft paper bags. The tea comes from the known from the Wuyishan Sinensis variant Shui Xian. He is smoky and fruity of slightly oily consistency and developed a slight sweetness.
