Description

Spring harvest tea from the treelike tea bushes growing on the slopes of Yiwu Mountain. The relatively large leaves are gently compressed to preserve quality. The vegetal character of the liquor has no trace of smokiness and is lightly sweet and tart with aromatic notes of cedar, yellow peaches, and green cardamom. This tea stands to gain much in aging but is already a treat to savour.

Please note that any cakes purchased may have slightly reduced in weight (up to 10%) due to changes in climate and relative humidity.
