Description

Taste- smooth, rich, earthy. Smell- fresh, of nature. This ‘05 is cooked or more accurately fermented. During the process the leaves are wetted and the natural organisms are allowed to thrive. It’s said that Pu’er cakes composed of big leaves age better because of inherent depth of flavor in the big leaves. This is in contrast to cakes made of small, tippy leaves which have a much richer flavor in their earlier years.
