As savory as you can get, with the rich, musky earth tones of pu erh dante, and the almost-bacon smoke of lapsang souchong. There’s cornflowers for a little something blue mixed in and berry blues tea makes for a sweet counterpoint to all that flavor. Ask for your dressing, or tea blend, by name: bleu cheese, baabaay!
