“Fully expected not to like the flavour of this blend, given that it’s a Chai, and I was even more skeptical because of the name “Vedic Healer” which seems to be an Ayurvedic medicine reference –...” Read full tasting note

Description

This is a good, all around healing tea. My first choice when someone is feeling under the weather from colds, the flu or any nasty little thing that’s got them down. I start with ashwagandha, an ancient healing herb known for its ability to boost the brain and body. I add some cinnamon for its antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties and pair it with green cardamom. Ginger root and lemongrass to reduce fever, nausea pain and swelling then round it off with some other power plants. I drink two to three cups a day when I’m feeling sick and it’s guaranteed to give the “nasties” a solid POW to the face.

I hope you feel better soon!
