Rich spices combined with a bold black tea make for the perfect chai. Can be prepared traditionally as a straight black tea or with milk and a little sugar for a comforting drink. Which ever way you decide to drink it, this chai won’t disappoint!
Ingredients: Black tea, cinnamon, peppercorn, cloves, cardamon, ginger, anise
Steeping:
Traditional: Steep 1 heaping tsp in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Latte: Steep 3 tsp of chai into 4 oz of boiling water for 10 minutes. Add 4 oz of hot milk and sweeten to taste.
